Single-channel voltage detector IC with 1.5% accuracy, monitoring one voltage. Features a 1.4V threshold voltage and 1.5225V overvoltage threshold. Operates from 1.3V to 6V supply voltage with a low 3µA operating supply current. Offers active-low reset with a 5µs reset timeout and 5.5µs reset delay. Packaged in SC, lead-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
