Monitors a single voltage with a threshold range of 2.86V to 3V. Operates from 1.1V to 5.5V supply voltage, drawing a maximum of 25uA quiescent current. Packaged in a compact SOT-23 surface-mount case, measuring 2.9mm x 1.6mm x 1.15mm.
