Ultra-low power supply voltage monitor with 150nA quiescent current. Features a single monitored input with a reset threshold voltage range of 1.482V to 1.543V. Operates from 600mV to 6.5V supply voltage, with a maximum supply current of 500nA. Includes active-low, push-pull output with a 200ms reset delay and 120ms reset timeout. Surface mount component, lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
