Ultra-low power supply voltage monitor, ideal for general power management applications. Features a 150nA quiescent current and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Monitors a single voltage input with a reset threshold voltage of 3.08V, adjustable between 3.003V and 3.126V. Offers a push-pull output and active-low reset with a 200ms delay. Surface mountable in a 4-X2SON package, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component operates from 600mV to 6.5V supply voltage.
