Operates from a minimum supply voltage of 600mV up to 6.5V. This surface mount integrated circuit offers active-low push-pull output and a reset delay time of 200ms. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
