Ultra-low power supply voltage supervisor, a simple reset/power-on reset IC, monitors a single voltage with a threshold range of 1.428V to 1.543V. Operating from 600mV to 6.5V, it features a maximum supply current of 500nA and a quiescent current of 150nA. This surface mount component, packaged in a 4-X2SON with dimensions of 1mm x 1mm x 400µm, offers an active-low, totem-pole output with a 120ms reset timeout. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
