Dual channel synchronous step-down PWM controller featuring a 4.5V to 15V input voltage range and 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage. Delivers up to 20A output current with adjustable output voltages from 900mV to 12V. Operates with a 300kHz switching frequency, extendable to 500kHz, and a maximum duty cycle of 80%. Packaged in a 30-TSSOP, this RoHS compliant component offers a quiescent current of 1.1mA and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
