Synchronous step-down converter with adjustable output voltage from 760mV to 7V, capable of delivering up to 2A output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and a low quiescent current of 800uA. This surface mount device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is RoHS compliant. Designed with a D-CAP2™ series architecture, it offers a single positive output and is available in a VSON package.
