DC-DC Step Down Controller, Dual-Out, 18V In, 2.5A/1.5A Out, 16-Pin HTSSOP
Dual-output, step-down DC-DC controller with adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 14V. Features maximum output currents of 2.5A and 1.5A, with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. This switching regulator offers up to 90% efficiency and excellent line and load regulation of 1%. Housed in a 16-pin HTSSOP EP package with gull-wing leads for surface mounting, it operates from -40°C to 145°C.
