Synchronous step-down converter with adjustable output voltage from 760mV to 5.5V, capable of delivering up to 3A output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and operates efficiently with a quiescent current of 850µA. This integrated circuit is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 1mm VQFN package, suitable for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Includes Eco-Mode™ functionality and is RoHS compliant.
