Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and operates with a maximum supply voltage of 18V. This surface mount component is housed in an HTSSOP package measuring 5.1mm x 4.5mm x 1.05mm. It includes Eco-Mode™ technology and a quiescent current of 900µA, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
