9A synchronous step-down regulator, featuring a 4.5V to 17V input range and adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 1.87V. This power management IC offers a 9A maximum output current and operates efficiently with a 920µA quiescent current. Designed for surface mounting in a 20-pin TSSOP package, it supports a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The regulator incorporates D-CAP2™ and Eco-Mode™ technologies for enhanced performance and is RoHS compliant.
