Features low ripple charge pump operation, a low battery indicator, and a quiescent current of 35µA. Operates from a 1.6V to 3.6V input voltage range and supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a lead-free VSSOP with a 3mm width.
