Dual output DC/DC controller and regulator, this high-efficiency charge pump converts a single cell input to a fixed 3.3V output with 20mA maximum current per channel. Operating from a 0.9V to 1.8V input range, it features a low 200mV dropout voltage and a quiescent current of 35µA. The component includes an open-drain power-good output and is housed in a 10-VSSOP package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
