The TPS61140 is a high-frequency dual output boost converter intended to provide both a regulated voltage and a regulated current output from a single inductor. It is designed for driving an OLED sub-display and a White LED (WLED) backlight for LCD main displays. It features an integrated 0.7-A switch, a built-in power diode, and operates from an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 6 V. The device uses 1.2-MHz PWM control for the WLED driver and PFM for the OLED supply to maximize efficiency.
