The TPS61196 provides highly integrated solutions for large-size LCD backlighting, such as TV and gaming monitors. It is a 6-string WLED driver with independent PWM dimming for each string. The device is a boost converter with a 400mA current capability per string and operates with an input voltage range from 8V to 30V and output voltage up to 120V.
