Achieves up to 95% efficiency at a 2MHz switching frequency. Packaged in a compact 6-SC70 (2.15mm x 1.4mm x 1mm) SMD/SMT termination, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. Synchronous rectifier topology and lead-free construction.
