Includes hiccup short circuit protection and a low operating supply current of 17 µA. Packaged in a compact 2x2 mm VQFN for surface mounting, with dimensions of 2.1 mm length and 2.1 mm width, and a height of 0.95 mm. Suitable for operation across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
