Dual, adjustable step-down converter with 400mA and 600mA output capabilities and a 2.25MHz switching frequency. Features a 1-wire interface, 95% efficiency, and operates from a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range. Delivers up to 6V output voltage with a minimum of 600mV, supporting positive output configurations. Designed for surface mounting in a 10-VSON package (3mm x 3mm x 1mm), this component is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Includes synchronous rectification and a quiescent current of 32µA.
