Features 2 independent regulators, each capable of delivering 250mA with a fixed 1.2V output voltage and 2% accuracy. Operates from a 2.7V to 6V input, with a maximum output voltage of 3.3V. Includes power good and enable functions, and is housed in a 20-pin HTSSOP package. Rated for -40°C to 125°C operating temperature and is RoHS compliant.
