Dual-channel, 1-A ultra-low-dropout linear voltage regulator featuring independent enable and power good output. Delivers a fixed 1.2V output voltage with 2% accuracy and a low 160mV dropout voltage. Operates from a 2.7V to 6V input, providing up to 1A per channel. Features 180µA quiescent current and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Packaged in a 24-pin HTSSOP for surface-mount applications.
