Ultra-low-IQ, 150-mA linear voltage regulator with 3V fixed output and 300mV dropout voltage. Features reverse current protection, enable pin, and a maximum input voltage of 30V. Operates from a 2.7V to 30V input range with a low quiescent current of 2.05µA. This positive voltage regulator offers 2% accuracy and a 52dB PSRR, packaged in a compact SOT-23-5 surface mount case.
