Dual, 200mA output, fixed 2.7V LDO linear regulator offering low noise and high 44dB PSRR. Features a 2.5% accuracy, 90µA input bias current, and operates from a 2.7V to 6.5V input range. Maximum supply current is 250µA with a quiescent current of 160µA. Designed for surface mount applications with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
