Operates from a 2.8V to 5.5V input voltage range with a maximum output current of 3A. Packaged in a 6-pin TO-263-6 (DDPAK) with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
