Operates with an input voltage range of 2.7V to 10V and includes an enable function with a RESET delay. Packaged in a 20-pin HTSSOP, this positive polarity regulator offers a quiescent current of 80uA and a minimum current limit of 1.2A. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
