1-A, 2.5V fixed output positive linear voltage regulator, featuring a 2% accuracy and a maximum input voltage of 10V. This low-dropout regulator operates from a 2.7V minimum input and provides a stable 2.5V output. With an 80µA quiescent current and 85µA input bias current, it is suitable for power-sensitive applications. The device includes an enable function and a RESET output with delay, packaged in a 20-pin HTSSOP for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
