5-terminal, fixed output, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. Delivers 200-mA maximum output current with a nominal 1.2-V output voltage. Features nanopower quiescent current (200 nA) and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Input voltage range is 1.5 V to 6 V, with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.7 V. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 package.
