5-terminal, fixed output, low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for nanopower applications. Features a 2.5V nominal output voltage with a tight tolerance of ±1.5% and a maximum output current of 200mA. Operates from a 3V to 6V input voltage range, with a low dropout voltage of 360mV maximum at 200mA. This integrated circuit offers excellent line and load regulation, with maximums of 0.005% and 0.05% respectively. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-23 package, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
