Positive fixed output LDO regulator with 3.3V output voltage and 1.5A maximum output current. Features a 1.9V minimum and 20V maximum input voltage, with ±1% output voltage accuracy. Dropout voltage is as low as 0.02V at 1mA and 0.3V at 1.5A. Housed in a 6-pin SOT-223 surface-mount package with gull-wing leads. Includes current limit, reverse battery protection, and thermal shutdown protection.
