The TPS92201 is a high-efficiency 1.5A synchronous buck LED driver with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. It integrates high-side and low-side MOSFETs (220mΩ/170mΩ) to provide a compact solution for battery-powered applications. The device features 1% to 100% analog dimming accuracy via PWM input and operates at a 1.5MHz switching frequency with a peak current control scheme for low output ripple.
