The TPS923654 is a highly integrated 65-V, 4-A boost and buck-boost LED driver designed for high-power lighting applications. It features integrated switching FETs and supports inductive fast dimming. The device provides high efficiency conversion with a wide input voltage range and multiple dimming methods including analog, PWM, hybrid, and flexible modes. It includes integrated safety features such as cycle-by-cycle over-current protection, thermal foldback, and LED open/short detection.
