The TPS923655 is a 4A non-synchronous Boost/Buck-Boost LED driver with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 65V. It integrates a low-side NMOS switch and is designed for high-current and ultra-deep dimming ratio LED applications. The device features inductive fast dimming (IFD) with a minimum 200ns pulse width and supports analog, PWM, hybrid, and flexible dimming options. It includes an optional spread spectrum feature for improved EMI performance and switching frequencies configurable from 100kHz to 2.2MHz.
