Dual-Channel Automotive Headlamp LED Driver with Integrated Half-Bridge Gate Drivers
The TPS92601-Q1 is a dual-channel LED driver designed for automotive front-lighting applications. It supports multiple topologies such as Boost, Buck-Boost, and SEPIC. The device features integrated half-bridge gate drivers for high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs, and includes independent PWM and analog dimming controls for each channel. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use and provides comprehensive diagnostics including overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection.
