3-A adjustable linear voltage regulator with ultra-low dropout voltage of 350mV. Features reverse current protection, 1% accuracy, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. Maximum input voltage is 7.5V, with adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 6V. Packaged in a TO-263 surface mount case, this positive polarity regulator is supplied on tape and reel.
