Dual-channel, 3A half-bridge gate driver IC designed for high-frequency operation up to 1MHz. Features 8V undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and CMOS inputs. Delivers 3A peak output current with a 20ns propagation delay and fast 1ns turn-on/turn-off times. Operates from a 12V supply voltage, with a maximum supply voltage of 17V and a minimum of 8V. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC for surface mounting, this RoHS compliant component offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 140°C.
