This device is a single-channel isolated gate driver for IGBT, SiC, and MOSFET power switches. It provides 10 A source and 10 A sink drive capability with 3 kVRMS isolation, 100 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity, and a typical propagation delay of 65 ns. The input supply range is 3 V to 15 V, and the output driver supply range is 13.2 V to 33 V. The UCC5390E variant references UVLO2 to the IGBT emitter to support bipolar supply implementations. It is offered in an 8-pin narrow-body SOIC package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
