This single-channel isolated gate driver is designed to drive IGBTs, MOSFETs, and SiC FETs with split outputs. It supports a 3 V to 15 V input supply and a 13.2 V to 33 V driver supply, with 17 A typical peak source and sink current. Typical propagation delay is 65 ns with 10 ns rise and fall times, and the device supports at least 100 kV/µs common-mode transient immunity. The D-package version provides 3000 Vrms UL 1577 isolation, 990 Vrms working isolation, and 4242 VPK transient isolation. It operates from -40°C to 125°C and includes a 12 V typical undervoltage lockout.
