16-bit dual-supply bus transceiver with configurable voltage translation and 3-state outputs. Features a 500Mbps data rate and bidirectional operation. Offers a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C with supply voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. This surface mount CMOS logic IC provides 16 channels with 32mA high and low level output current. Packaged in a 48-TSSOP on tape and reel, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
