High-gain, adjustable range, wideband operational amplifier with a 35MHz -3dB bandwidth and 350V/µs slew rate. Features 85dB CMRR and 75dB PSRR, operating from dual supplies of 4V to 6V or single supplies of 8V to 12V. Input bias current is 6µA with an input offset voltage of 250µV and 2.4nV/√Hz input voltage noise density. This single-channel amplifier is housed in an 8-SOIC package, rated for -40°C to 85°C, and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
