Dual-output DC-DC converter IC supporting non-inverting, inverting, step-up, and step-down configurations. Features fixed 12V output voltage with a minimum 0.15A maximum output current. Operates from a 2V to 28V input voltage range. Housed in a 5-pin SOT-25 (SOT-23 package family) surface-mount plastic package with gull-wing leads, measuring 2.9mm x 1.6mm x 1.1mm. Suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
