Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 1.8V and 2.8V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A. Features include ±1% accuracy, 0.2%/V line regulation, and 50mV load regulation. Dropout voltage is as low as 0.095V at 100mA. This surface-mount component is housed in a 6-pin USP-C EP ultra-small package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Integrated current limit and short circuit protection are included, operating within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
