Dual output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.5V and 2.7V outputs, capable of delivering a minimum of 0.2A per output. Features a 0.18V typical dropout voltage at 100mA, ±1% accuracy, and 0.2%/V line regulation. Housed in an ultra-small, 6-pin USP-C EP surface-mount package (1.8mm x 2mm x 0.6mm max) with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Includes current limit and short circuit protection, operating from 1.5V to 6V input within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
