The TC7PCI3212MT is a 2-differential channel, 1-to-2 multiplexer/demultiplexer switch specifically designed for PCI Express Gen3 (8Gbps) and other high-speed interface applications. It features an ultra-high -3dB bandwidth of 11.5 GHz, low ON-resistance of 7.5 ohms, and low ON-capacitance of 1.5 pF. The device is controlled by a select (SEL) input and an output-enable (OE) input; when OE is held high, the switches enter a high-impedance state to reduce current consumption. All inputs include protection circuits against static discharge.
