
General purpose photodetector featuring a lateral optical sensor with a 935nm wavelength. This 3-pin, side-looking component offers a 100ns fall time and 5µs propagation delay. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports supply voltages from 4.5V to 16V DC. Maximum power dissipation is 200mW, with a high-level output current of 100µA and an output current of 16mA. Through-hole mounting is supported.
