
General purpose optical sensor featuring a single channel Photologic® photodetector with a 935nm wavelength. This 3-pin, side-looking component offers a fast fall time of 100ns and a propagation delay of 5µs. Operating within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, it supports a high-level output current of 100µA and a maximum output current of 50mA. The device is RoHS compliant and housed in a round, through-hole mount package with dimensions of 4.45mm (L) x 2.34mm (W) x 5.72mm (H).
