Vicor PI3302-03-LGIZ Cool-Power ZVS Buck Regulator, 8-36V Input, 5V/15A Output
The PI3302-03-LGIZ is a high-efficiency, wide-input-range DC-DC Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) Buck Regulator. It integrates a controller, power switches, and support components within a high-density System-in-Package (SiP). The ZVS topology enables high-frequency operation while minimizing switching losses and maximizing efficiency. The device requires only an external inductor and minimal capacitors to form a complete DC-DC switching-mode buck regulator. It features adjustable soft-start, frequency synchronization, and power-good indication, along with protection features including overvoltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent protection.
