Operating across a 5.0 to 80 VDC input range with a 100 VDC surge capability (for 100ms), it delivers a robust 7 A current rating up to 85°C TA without derating. The module maintains over 99% efficiency at full load and offers a 1,500 VDC hipot rating. It functions reliably across an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (PCB temperature). Housed in a compact 10-Pin LGA open-frame package, with dimensions of 12.4 x 24.9 x 4.09 mm, the component is RoHS3 Compliant, REACH Unaffected, and TÜV Certified.
