
General purpose rectifier diode featuring a 100V repetitive peak reverse voltage (Vrrm) and 300mA average rectified current. This silicon diode offers a fast 4ns reverse recovery time and a low 5µA maximum reverse leakage current. Encased in a DO-35 glass package with a 1.75mm diameter, it supports through-hole mounting and operates across a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C. With 500mW power dissipation and 2A surge current capability, it is halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
