Small-signal NPN transistor in a SOT-23 plastic package with pin 1 as base, pin 2 as emitter, and pin 3 as collector. The BC847C is rated for 45 V collector-emitter voltage, 100 mA collector current, and 310 mW power dissipation at a substrate temperature of 50 °C. The C gain group provides DC current gain from 420 to 800 at VCE = 5 V and IC = 2 mA, and the gain-bandwidth product is 300 MHz at VCE = 5 V and IC = 10 mA.
