Features a 124V minimum breakdown voltage, 111V reverse standoff voltage, and 187V clamping voltage. This silicon TVS diode offers 1µA leakage current and operates across a -55°C to +175°C temperature range. Designed for through-hole mounting with axial termination, it is packaged in a DO-204AC (DO-15) plastic package and is RoHS compliant.
